Spicy Queso Blanco Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup shredded white american cheese

  • 1cup shredded white cheddar cheese

  • 1 can 12 0z evaporated milk

  • ½ cup half and half

  • 1 tsp Cornstarch

  • ½ cup Salsa Wallito Verde

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Dash of Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat evaporated milk, half and half and whisk in cornstarch. Once simmering, reduce heat to low. Stir in both cheddar cheese and white american cheese in small batches. Stir until fully melted, add more and stir until all cheese has been added and melted together. Once it's all melted add ½ cup Salsa Wallito verde. Great as a Dip, cheese for tacos, enchiladas or cheese for nachos.
