Pescado en Salsa
INGREDIENTS:
4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon with skin, center cut
1 julienned carrot
1 poblano pepper sliced
½ sliced onion
5 tbs Salsa Wallito
Dash of Paprika,Salt & Pepper
1tbs lime juice
Foil paper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lay out a large piece of foil paper for each salmon fillet, brush butter only in the center. Add salmon fillet to the center. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, lime juice and Salsa Wallito of your choice. Top with carrot, poblano and onion, fold in each end of the foil paper, creating a packet. Place on the stove in a large skillet for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked. (Or, place in a 375 degrees F oven or grill for 12-15 minutes). Serve with rice, steamed veggies, salad or make some yummy fish tacos.
