Chilaquiles (chee·luh·kee·layz)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag La Milpa Totopos corn chips (4servings)

  • 1/4 sliced onion

  • 1 Jar of your favorite Salsa Wallito 

  • 1tbs Extra virgin Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add sliced onions and sauté until translucent, add 1 Jar of Salsa Wallito , stirring occasionally, add the tortilla chips and stir carefully to coat the chips. Cook until the tortillas chips are heated through, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve warm garnished with avocado, queso fresco, and/or fried eggs
