Spicy Beer Cheese Dip
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups shredded Yellow cheddar cheese
1 can 12 0z evaporated milk
½ cup half and half
½ cup beer
1 tsp Cornstarch
½ cup Salsa Wallito of your choice
½ tsp garlic powder
Dash of Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat evaporated milk, half and half and whisk in cornstarch, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Once simmering, reduce heat to low. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese in small batches.Stir until fully melted, add more and stir until all cheese has been added and melted together. Once it's all melted add ½ cup Salsa Wallito of your choice and 1/2 cup of beer. Great as a Dip, cheese for tacos, enchiladas or cheese for nachos.
