Camarones en Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 onion (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)

  • 1 red bell pepper slices

  • 1 Jar Salsa Wallito of your choice

  •  Dash of paprika salt and pepper

  • 1 lbs pound raw peeled jumbo shrimp

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add the red bell peppers, onions and garlic and saute until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Add shrimp saute until cooked. Add 1 jar salsa wallito chipotle. Simmer for 1 minute cover and remove from stove. Serve with rice, salad or in a flour or corn tortilla for some delicious Shrimp Tacos. Garnish with avocado (optional)
