Enchiladas Suizas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 corn tortillas

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast

  • 1 Jar Salsa Wallito Verde 

  • ½ cup cream (Mexican creama, or sour cream)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese such as Oaxaca or, mozzarella

    INSTRUCTIONS: 

    Warm corn tortillas as directed in the package , Once warm, fill with shredded chicken and shredded cheese, next roll and place the tortilla in an oven-proof dish with the tortilla end facing down.  Repeat with the other tortillas; when done top with Salsa Wallito Verde and shredded mozzarella cheese , drizzle Mexican cream. Place in the oven at 350 until cheese melts for about 8 minutes.
