Ceviche de Camarón

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2lbs of Shrimp

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 Limes

  • 1 Tomato 

  • ½ Red onion

  • ½ Cucumber (optional)

  • 2 tbsp Cilantro: add more to taste, or cut back a little for a milder flavor.

  • Dash of Salt and pepper

  • Tostadas

  • Mayo

  • Toppings: Avocado & Salsa Wallito of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the butter in a pan. Add the shrimp and garlic cloves to medium heat and saute for about 6 -7 minutes, until shrimp is fully cooked, remove the shrimp from heat, set aside and let shrimp cool. In the meantime dice tomato,onion, cucumber and cilantro. Once shrimp is cool, chop into small pieces. In a bowl mix the chopped shrimp, tomatoes, onion, cucumber,cilantro, squeeze 2 limes, salt pepper and mix. 

Serving: spread some mayo on a tostada, top with ceviche, slices of avocado and Salsa Wallito of your choice.
