Papitas a la Diabla

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2- 2 lbs of small red or white potatoes (25-30)

  • 1/4 sliced onion

  • 1 Jar Salsa Wallito Siete or Chipotle

  • 1tbs Extra virgin Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil Potatoes on stove range for 30 mins, once fully cooked drain and set aside. pour 1tbs Extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add sliced onions and sauté until translucent, add cooked potatoes, add 1 Jar of Salsa Wallito Siete or Chipotle, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Papitas a la Diabla can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer.
