Huevos Rancheros Estilo Norteño

INGREDIENTS:

  • Salsa Wallito Siete or Verde, Chipotle.

  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 corn tortillas

  • Optional garnishes: Crumbled Queso Panela, refried beans, sliced avocado.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a saucepan add extra virgin olive oil at 350° fry the corn tortillas until crispy. Place them on a rack tray to drain. using same oil, fry eggs. Place the eggs on top of the crispy tortillas and top off with Salsa Wallito Siete . You can serve it with refried beans, sliced avocado and crumbled queso panela.
