Guisado de Carne en Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb boneless chuck or chicken

  • 2 carrots

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 1/2 lb small red potatoes

  • Mushrooms (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Heat extra virgin olive oil in the instapot and set to sautee. Brown the beef for 3 mins. After 3 mins add peppers, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, and the secret ingredient Salsa Wallito Chipotle. Cover and set your instapot pressure cook at 45 mins. Serve with rice.
