Egg Burritos

INGREDIENTS:

  • Salsa Wallito Siete,Chipotle or Verde.

  • 2 Flour Tortillas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbs butter

  • Optional garnishes: Crumbled Queso Panela, refried beans, sliced avocado.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in nonstick pan over low heat; add the eggs, and cook slowly, until most of the liquid has thickened and the eggs are soft and cooked. In a skillet warm flour tortillas, once warm add refried beans (optional) scrambled eggs, avocado and cheese, wrap tortilla in a burrito and it is ready to serve.
